Through his work, he has prioritized Public Health, Fiscal Responsibility, and efficient government operations, earning the trust of residents across the community. As a Local Business Owner, Ryan understands firsthand the challenges facing working families, entrepreneurs, and the local economy, and he is committed to policies that support job growth and economic stability.

A strong conservative, Ryan believes in limited government, accountability, and putting the needs of Turlock residents first. He is running for City Council to bring practical, common-sense solutions to the issues that matter most, including improving and maintaining local roads, strengthening Public Safety, and taking a proactive approach to Preventing Homelessness from Impacting Neighborhoods.
